    • If you are using Bluetooth headsets, please check if they work properly by connecting them to your phone. When wearing headphones 3.5 mm, please try them on any device with 3.5mm plugs to test if they work. Even after that, if they don’t work, the problem is with the headset.
    • However, if they are working properly, please check the 3.5 mm jack on the PC first. Check if it works. Connect other headphones to it and see if they work. Otherwise, the headphone jack on the PC is defective and you must replace it.
    • However, if the headset is working properly on another laptop/PC and there is no problem with the headset jack, you should proceed to the next step.
