    • It’s possible that the difficulty isn’t with Windows 11 but instead with your headphones. This error may occur when using a damaged headset. So first, make sure that the headset is working properly.
    • If you are using Bluetooth headsets, please check if they work properly by connecting them to your phone. When wearing headphones 3.5 mm, please try them on any device with 3.5mm plugs to test if they work. Even after that, if they don’t work, the problem is with the headset.
    • However, if they are working properly, please check the 3.5 mm jack on the PC first. Check if it works. Connect other headphones to it and see if they work. Otherwise, the headphone jack on the PC is defective and you must replace it.
    • However, if the headset is working properly on another laptop/PC and there is no problem with the headset jack, you should proceed to the next step.

There are a number of third-party apps that help you update the audio drivers. Apps/software like Driver Booster and Driver Pack Solution can be used to update the driver. This software will automatically scan for any driver updates and install them on your computer. Once it is done, you have to restart your computer, and you will be able to use your headphones without any problem.

    Run The Windows 11 Troubleshooter

The final solution to mend the problem is to run the troubleshooter. If any of the above methods did not work for you, try running the troubleshooter to find the problem and fix it.
⦁ You have to press Windows + I on your keyboard to open the settings.
